Ingredients to be added
Wheat ﬂour*, spelt ﬂour*, blond cane sugar*, sea salt from Île de Ré (*Certified organic. May content traces of nuts and sesame).
- Pour the contents of the baking mix into a large bowl. Add the melted butter, the milk and the eggs and mix to combine.
- Set aside for 30 min
- In a frying pan, cook your crepes until both sides are slightly golden brown
Naturally delicious…but equally as good with a salted butter caramel topping…
