Ingredients to be added
1 cup and 1/4 milk
3.5 tbsp butter
Baking mix (242g): Wheat flour*, buckwheat flour 40%*, sea salt from Ile de Ré. Yeast mix (8g): dry yeast * Certified organic. May content traces of nuts, sesame and milk.
Enjoy your blinis with homemade fish rillettes and make larger ones for your starters.
Instruction of use
1- Pour the content of the two baking mixes into a large bowl.
2- Melt the butter with the milk and pour over the baking mix. Add the eggs an mix to combine
3- Allow to rest for 30min.
4- Pour one ladle of blini-mix in the pan and bake each side for 1-2 minutes until they are golden brown.
