Our story: an adventure of passion and sharing

Marlette’s story began in 2014, driven by two sisters, Margot and Scarlette, from the Île de Ré. It all started with their family memories on a boat: tired of the poor quality of industrial baking mixes, they decided to create their own recipes. Later, they decided to open friendly places where people could enjoy delicious moments over a good coffee: the iconic Marlette Cafés. There you can savour tasty little dishes and excellent artisan pastries on the spot, and extend the pleasure at home thanks to Marlette baking mixes. The concept lets you prepare the very same recipes served in our cafés, right in your own kitchen.
In 2024, a new team led by Vincent and Thomas took over with enthusiasm. Their mission? To grow this beautiful house, with new openings planned in Paris and across France, while keeping the artisan, warm soul that makes Marlette a name apart.
