Margot is an engineer graduate of AgroSup. After starting her career in the dehydrated food sector, she discovers the incredible quality and diversity of organic cereals produced locally through the meeting of peasant-bakers in her region of Charentes. A follower of home-made bread, she decided to start creating bread and pastry products in order to discover the richness of these organic flours.
