Gluten-Free Chocolate fondant

Ingredients to be added

3 eggs
1/2cup butter

Dark chocolate*, blond cane sugar*, rice flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, sea salt from Ile de Ré.
(*) Certified organic.
Guaranteed gluten free.

1-Melt the butter in a saucepan. At low heat, add the baking mix and stir until you have a smooth batter.
2-Remove pan from stove add eggs to the saucepan. Pour the mixture into a round cake mold and wisk to combine.
3-Bake for about 15 min.
4-Cool and taste it !

Turn out your fondant, and sprinkle with dark cocoa powder.
