Smoothie bowl

  • 1 banana
  • 7 oz. of frozen red fruit
  • 1/2 cup of soja milk
  • 1 muesli cranberry & white chocolate Marlette

The recipe

1. Make your smoothie by adding to your blender: chilled banana, frozen berries and soy milk

2. Pour your smoothie into a nice bowl. Go to dressage! Add Marlette muesli (here Cranberry and White Chocolate) You can then add whatever you like and vary according to your desires and your imagination: chia seed or squash, coconut chips, seasonal fruits ….
