Blinis and beetroot hummus

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1.76 oz. Butter
- 1 cup and 1/4 milk
- Buckwheat blinis baking mixe
- 1 salt pinch
- 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 2.82 oz. of tahini
- 17.64 oz. of beetroot.
- 1/2 bouquet of mint
- 8.82 oz. of cream cheese (St-Moret)
The recipe
Beetroot hummus:
Cut the beetroot wholesale soon, add all the ingredients and mix.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Fresh cheese with mint:
Chop the fresh mint and mix with fresh cheese.
Marlette Blinis
-Pour the content of the two Buckwheat blinis baking mixes into
a large bowl.
-Melt the butter with the milk and pour over the baking mix. Add the eggs and mix to combine.
-Allow to rest for 30 min.
-Pour one ladle of blini-mix in the pan and bake each side for 1-2 minutes until they are golden brown.
