Dairy free option: Replace the milk with a dairy free substitute (rice, soy, almond, etc) and the butter with vegetable or coconut oil (75g)
Instruction of use
1- Pour the contents of the baking mix into a large bowl
2- Add the melted butter, milk and eggs. Mix to combine.
3- Pour the batter into a loaf pan (20cm x 8cm) and bake for 35 min
